Using a tape measure, I measured the heads and waists of myself and 4 siblings in both inches and centimeters. I saw that by the time a child is about three, their heads slow down their growth significantly. A newborn's head on average is usually about 13.7" or 35 cm. Zoey is three and her head is eighteen inches in circumference, while mine, at thirteen, is twenty-one, Julia and Olivia have the same size heads at about twenty inches at five and eight. Levi's head is about 20 1/2" and He is ten. Zoey's head and waist are almost exactly the same size. Julia's head and waist are the same size as well. It seems that everyone but me has their head circumference the same as their waist circumference!

this is the directions on how to make a graph in google docs. It's how I got this graph:

Four sons of the English Throne

King Henry V of England was born at the Monmouth Castle on either the ninth of  August of the sixteenth of September, in about 1386. His father was Henry of Bolingbroke, later King Henry IV of England, and his mother Mary de Bohun, who gave birth to him at sixteen. After his father died on the twentieth of March, 1413, Henry V succeeded him the day after and was Crowned on the ninth of April, 1413. He married Catherine of Valois and they had only one child, Henry, who later became King Henry VI of England.
Thomas of Lancaster was born on the twenty-fifth of November, 1387, and was the first Duke of Clarence. He was the second surviving son of Henry IV and Mary. He married  the widow Lady Margaret Holland, but while they did not have any children, Thomas was a stepfather to the six children she had in her first marriage  and he had one natural son by a different woman, Sir John of Clarence, also called the "Bastard of Clarence", who fought by his father's side in the wars of his Thomas's elder brother, Henry V, in France. He died on the twenty-second of March, 1421, at the age of  34.
John of Lancaster, the First Duke of Bedford, was born on the twentieth of June, 1389. He was the third son of Henry IV and Mary de Bohun, and he served as the regent of France for his nephew, Henry VI. He died on the fourteenth of September, in 1435 and had no children.
Humphrey of Lancaster was born on the third of October, 1390, and he was the first Duke of Gloucester. He was the fourth and youngest son of King Henry IV of England and Mary de Bohun. He had a very romantic and chivalrous personality, which caught the attention of Jacquline, Countess of Hainaut and Holland. The pair had a stillborn child in 1424, and Jacquline died in 1436. He remarried his former mistress, Eleanor Cobham. She was tried and convicted of practicing witchcraft against the King, trying to retain power for her husband, and she was exiled and imprisoned for life. Humphrey had two children, Arthur of Gloucester, who died in 1447, and Antigone Plantagenet of Gloucester, who married Henry Grey, second Earl of Tankerville, Lord of Powys, and then, after Henry Grey died in 1450, married John d'Amancier. Humphrey died on the twenty-third of February, 1447.

Blanche of England

Blanche of England was born in the spring of 1392 at Peterborough Castle, Northamptonshire. She was made the Lady of the Garter in, a high honor in the Order of the Garter, the highest order of chivalry or knighthood in England, in 1408.
When Blanche's father, King Henry IV of England came to rule, he wanted to make strong alliances so as not to be overthrown easily. One of the people he wanted to ally with was King Rupert of Germany, so Blanche and Louis, Rupert's eldest surviving son, were married on the sixth of July, 1402 at the Cologne Cathedral, in Germany. On the twenty-second of June, 1406, Blanche had a son, who was named Rupert, after his grandfather.
A year after she was made Lady of the Garter, she became pregnant with her second child and died of fever in Haguenau, Alsace on the twenty-second of May, 1409, and was buried in the canonchurch of St. Mary in Neustadt in the Palatinate.

Christmas on Mercer Street

Last Saturday, I went to a craft fair called Christmas on Mercer Street to sell my glass necklaces I made to get to Ghana with my Girl Scout troop. I spent the night at my friend Jessica’s to be able to wake up early to go.
When we got up, I dressed after sitting and staring blankly at the mirror. I ate and packed my things to get ready to go home after the fair, but when I walked outside, it was pouring cats and dogs. Not to mention it was extremely cold. For Texas. After arriving at the fair at seven in the morning, we go hot chocolate and I burned my tongue (I couldn’t eat anything sour or crunchy for two days). We set up the tent and waited for the other troop. Slowly they arrived, but there were too many people in the tent. Some of us had to leave the tent to go look around, ‘cause we were all mushed together. My sneakers and socks were soaked through and my feet felt like they were thawing out all day without ever being frozen. I jumped in puddles and waded through small streams down the street and my feet didn’t feel any wetter or look so.
I met a Finnish lady who spoke fluent German. Jessica is learning German, so we sat there for a while. I saw a scorpion made from gears and bicycle chains, and homemade chain mail jewelry. There was food, paintings, sewing projects, and chili pepper ornaments. I collected pine cones and pine needles from the giant pine tree at thee end of the road and did and obstacle course. I stepped on a wobbly rock and it fell out of place, throwing me onto the ground. My big bruise started turning purple instantly, but that quickly went away. I walked back to our booth and  cheered up so as not to drive away customers or add more misery to the weather.
We each made one hundred dollars that day between the three girls there. It was a profitable day considering the conditions outside and I met and saw a lot of neat people and their crafts.

Philippa of England (Queen of Denmark)

Philippa of England was born of Henry of Bolingbroke, who later became King Henry IV of England, in Peterborough Castle on July fourth, 1394.
In 1401, King Henry IV proposed to Queen Margaret I of Denmark an alliance between England and Denmark, by way of an English heir to the throne to Catherine, sister to the heir of the Nordic thrones, but Margaret could not agree with the English conditions to this arrangement, therefore, Philippa was engaged to Eric of Pomerania, and declared Queen in 1405. She was married to Eric on October 6, 1406 in Lund Cathedral. She was the first recorded princess to wear a white wedding dress for a royal wedding ceremony. She wore a white tunic with a white silk cloak bordered with grey squirrel and ermine. She received large parts of Sweden as her dowry. That is where she spent most of her rule.
Philippa gave birth to a stillborn boy in 1429 and died on January seventh in 1430.

Olivier de Clisson

Olivier de Clisson was a French man, who was a close friend and adviser to the King Charles VI of France. He was raised in England by his mother, Jeanne de Belleville, for his father, Olivier de Clisson Sr., was put to death on the suspicion of him wanting to give up Nantes to the English, and where Jeanne married her second husband.
When Olivier returned to Brittany, he went to arms with John de Montfort.  He made himself known at the battle of Auray, where he lost an eye and earned the nickname, "Butcher" for ordering his troops to leave no survivors and take no prisoners. Later on, because of quarrels and differences against Montfort, he took sides against him, therefore, he allied with France. In 1370, Olivier acquired possession of Josselin and built Josselin Castle. Later that same year, he allied with Bertrand du Guesclin, following him in all the riots against England. When Guesclin died,, Olivier gained the title of the Constable of France in his place, and kept the title for twelve years, until 1392.
When he returned to France, an attempt was made to assassinate him by Pierre de Craon, who was in league with Montfort, now John V, Duke of Brittany, but his life was spared thanks to his chainmail coat, giving him time to draw his sword against his attackers. While the struggle was going on, Clisson fell off his horse and was knocked out by hitting the door of a bakers shop. Believing Olivier dead, Pierre fled the country to the safety of Brittany.
Charles VI took arms against John V, but during the siege, was overcome with a turn of madness. Charles' uncles were convinced Olivier had caused the King's mad outbreak, so he had to take refuge in Brittany, where he met up with Duke John and, after the Duke's death, he received the honor of becoming the protector of the duchy, and of the young princess. Clisson gathered much wealth before he died.

Queen Mary de Bohun

Queen Mary de Bohun was never actually queen, as she died before her husband, Henry IV was throned. She was the daughter of Humphery de Bohun and Joan FitzAlan.
Mary was the first wife of King Henry IV and she had six living children by him. The first of the children was Edward, who died atleast within the same month if not at birth and was buried at Monmouth Castle. Henry V of England, the first surviving, lived to become the next king of England after his father. Thomas, Duke of Clarence was second, third, John, Duke of Bedford, fifth, their eldest daughter Blanche, and sixth, Philippa of England and Queen of Denmark.
Mary died at Peterborough Castle, after giving birth to her last daughter, Philippa, on the fourth of June, 1394. She was buried at the Church of St. Mary de Castro in Liecester.

Kyle Friends, Home, and Life itself

Moving to Kyle was not nearly as devastating as I thought it would be. I was nervous about making friends and about living in a disgusting house, but Ididn’t have to be.
Nervousness was stupid and I don’t know why I was. Everyone is nice and I have made at least two friends already! It’s only been two weeks! My first friend was Gabby, the YW’s Beehives president. She and I have a lot in common, except that she is organized and responsible. She is home schooled like me, so we have a lot of time on our hands for each other. HanaNoel “Noel” is my other friend and she is home schooled as well. She is fun to be around and not too “grown up”. She came over and we played action figures and she asked if we could go look at my pipe cleaner dolls some more! I think Papa scared her away, though, because he made us haul trees so we could burnthem. We fed her with fire roasted hot dogs, though, so I think she might come back!
After we ripped the house apart and started actually moving in, it didn’t seem so gross and I think of it as home now. The ward is nice and we only live four minutes away from the church. Everything is so close by here and they’re building a new, huge library that we could ride our bikes to! We’ve started to clear the land little by little and it’s kinda looking better... Olivia and I are starting to build a fort in the back, but it’s starting to rain (finally!) and I think I ought to get walls and a roof on it quick. Raise the floor off the ground to it doesn’t rot, and get some cosy stuff back there. I do still need to find a friend who will help me build the fort, so it gets done when Liv is being too lazy to help.

Sibling rival hasn’t gotten any better since the move and I have to share a room again and sleep on an air mattress that the girls keep jumping on and pushing it away from the wall. Do you know how many times I’ve had to dig all my stuff out from between the wall and the bed, push it back against the wall, and make it (again) during the last few days!?!? Haha, but I’ll survive!
So that’s life so far! The move hasn’t changed very much around here, but I’ve gotten a fresh and healthy start in the social world of a teen!

King Charles VI of France

King Charles VI of France
King Charles VI of France was a great and loved king during the time of the late thirteen hundreds through the early fourteen hundreds. He reigned during the great English war also known as the Hundred Years’ War.
Charles was born on the third of December, 1368 in Paris, France by King Charles V of France and Joan of Bourbon. He was crowned king at eleven in 1380. At sixteen, he married Isabeau of Bavaria in 1385.

He had twelve children by Isabeau:Charles, Dauphin (25 Sep.,1386-28 Dec.,1386) ,Joan (14 Jun, 1388-1390), Isabella (9 Nov, 1389-13 Sep 1409),  Charles, Dauphin (6 Feb 1392-13 Jan 1401), Mary (22 Aug, 1393-19 Aug 1438), Michelle (11 Jan,1395-8 Jul, 1422), Louis, Dauphin (22 Jan, 1397-18 Dec, 1415), John, Dauphin (31 Aug, 1398-5 Apr 1417), Cathrine (27 Oct, 1401-3 Jan, 1438), Charles VII King of France (22 Feb, 1403-21 Jul, 1461), Philip (10 Nov, 1407-10 Nov, 1407): and one illegitemate child by Odette de Champdivers: Marguerite batarde de France or Marguerite de Valois, la demoiselle de Belleville (1407-Jan 1458). He also had one sibling by the name of Louis, Duke of Orleans, who tried to take over as king during Charles’s madness. So did Charles and his’ three uncles, Philip the Bold, Duke of Burgundy, and John, Duke of Berry, who all took control and dismissed all of the officers that Charles had appointed.
King Charles went mad around the time of 1392, the first time, trying to kill his friend and advisor, Olivier de Clisson. The “would be” assassin, Pierre de Craon, who had hidden in Brittany, and whom Charles was determined to punish. One morning, Charles woke up, not knowing his name or that he was king, so when his wife came to visit him, he demanded to know who she was and asked his servants to take care of what she wanted so that she would just leave him alone. He knew his officers, but not his wife or children. He would sometimes run madly through the corridors of the palace, so the entrances and exits had to be walled up to keep him in. He refused to bathe or change his clothes for five months. There were times he thought he were made entirely out of glass and would protect himself in certain ways to ensure that he would not break.
The reign of King Charles VI of France was marked by the English Invasion, or the Hundred Years’ War. He tried to make peace early on by marrying his young daughter, Isabella of Valois, who was not yet seven, to twenty-nine year-old Richard II of England. In 1415, though, the feud between the Royal Family and the House of Burgundy had led way to an anarchy all through France. King Henry V of England took advantage and attacked when the situation peaked in October and the French army was crushed at the Battle of Angincourt. In 1420, King Charles signed the treaty of Tanneguy du Chatel, or Troyes, stating that Henry of England would be his successor, disinheriting his son Dauphin, claiming that he was illegitimate, and betrothing his daughter, Cathrine of Valois, to Henry V of England.
Charles died on the twenty-first of October, 1422, in Paris and is buried with his wife, Isabeau, at St. Denis Basilica.

Mouse Tail Chapter 7

            MINNIE

Try telling a bunch of baby birds that your sister is probably worried sick about you and you're hopelessly lost. It doesn't work too well. The birds were STILL staring at me and my calm impatience. "Can any of you fly?" I asked, annoyed. They stared. "HELLO!" I yelled. That broke whatever spell they were under. They chirped to each other for a moment, then they bobbed their little/big heads. " You can?!" I was excited now. "Could you carry me around?" More bobbing.
"Would you? Without eating me, that is...," They bobbed their heads again. I felt like screaming with joy. I went to the closest one and cautiously climbed on. The bird took off. I yelped. It was so sudden. But then the world turned around. Everything was so beautiful to see. Like a giant quilt. Patches of color, or, desert.  I snapped back to   reality and what I was doing way up here in the first place. I looked for Maggie and the big, coiled shape of Silver. I saw a big stick structure tied together with desert grass, but no Maggie. Where could she be? I let the baby bird fly around for a little and then landed it home. I took a short nap while the birds went back to staring at me.

            MAGGIE

Still sitting in our little makeshift home,  Silver and I talked and harvested little prickly pears. A long time ago, when I still felt like a young mouse, I had had nightmares about being alone then meeting snakes. Now, here I was, talking with a snake without my Minnie. I was surprised when I thought about it. I missed Minnie and I wanted to go home. I saw a shadow outside the stick building. A flying shadow with wings and a beak. Oh, no, I thought. another hawk. My mind stopped working for a minute and went into survival mode. I backed up against the wall and started squeaking madly. Then my face hurt. I snapped out of whatever was happening to me. Silver had slapped my face. He hadn't been talking much since we left the Nook. I had come to love the big guy. He was my strong, silent friend. I trusted him and knew if I was ever in trouble, he would be there. I rushed outside to see just a baby bird flying away. I thought there was something on it's back, but I was surely just hallucinating. I scampered back inside and pulled on Silver. "We're going searching now," I told him firmly and walked bravely out the door to start across the lonely desert.

My mother says to discontinue this story...I would like some honest comments about if I should stop and start a fan fiction, or keep going, please.

Mouse Tail Chapter 6

My chapters on this story lately have been extremely short. I apologize to the people who have complained about that and I would fix it were it not that my blog is already so scrambled and confusing. Instead of having every character change be the start of a new chapter, I'm just going to make a little swirly thingy to say that we're changing scenes.

CHAPTER 6                                                                                                             MINNIE
SEPARATED

We walked and we walked. Then we ran, then sat, then walked some more. I was beginning to tire. I felt tears welling up behind my sleep deprived eyelids. I wanted to find my family. I wanted to go home and what is home without loved ones? It isn't. Silver kept on, making no complaints and no sound. Sometimes, I had to look back to make sure he was still there. He scared me . It was very odd to be traveling with a rat snake even though he had promised not to eat us. Remembering the experience of being swallowed churned my stomach and want to curl up in a tiny ball of fear.  How could they do this? My own family! Abandoning us! "Stop it!" I told myself. "You're just thinking like that because you're scared and lonely!" And I was. Right from the top of my ears to the tip of my tail I was shaking with fear. I was glad that Maggie was with me. I jumped forward and grasped her paw. She was startled, I could tell, and scared too, but she held my paw firmly and bravely. She knew I was frightened and was understanding and sisterly. How much I loved her could never be put into words.
Suddenly a shadow overcame us. I dared not to look up. Silver hissed in fear and Maggie gasped. I still stared at the ground. Then, before I knew it, I was in the air. Maggie screamed. I didn't let go of her paw. I dragged her into the air with me. She screamed again.
    Then she slipped.
I knew that I was going to die. Finally, I looked up at the beast who carried me. A great hawk was leering at me with hungry eyes. Funny how the first thing I notice in a scary thing is it's eyes. Usually it is said that mice are looked at with great fear in their eyes. Not me. I just accepted my fate. I looked at that massive thing calmly and without expression. As if not wanting to admit defeat, the hawk turned away, looking forward and shaking it's head as if to say, "The eye trick usually works! I don't understand!" I kept  staring at it. I had no fear. I had no bravery. I had no feelings whatsoever. Now I was on the ground, or, rather on a flat surface thousands of feet in the air. Little birds were staring at me curiously. My kidnapper snapped at my tail, but the little ones just kept on staring. I looked at the massive bird, then back at the little  ones. They didn't DO anything. It must have been a first to see a mouse without fear or defiance. The only concern I had about being eaten was that Maggie would be heartbroken if she had even survive that fall. I lay down and slept like a dead mouse. " I'm sorry Maggie. If you survive, meet me in heaven. If not, I'll see you soon."

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

MAGGIE
I wept like a child. Silver coiled around me and squeezed softly. He had caught me when I fell. I didn't know what to do. Should I curl up and die? Continue the search for family? How could I face them when I lost her? I asked Silver if there were any places to stay close by.
"No, I'm afraid not, my dear girl. Unless you want to be eaten."
"We'll then we'll have to make our own. We can just stay unsheltered," I stood up and climbed out of the smooth silver coils. "We'll need some sticks. Can you help?" I knew it was a stupid question. Silver didn't have anything to grab them with. But he proved me wrong. He moved over to a small, spread out pile of twigs and sticks and moved his body along to scoop them along the ground and to where I had been sitting. He was more efficient than I was with paws! One by one, he coiled the end of his tail around a stick and carefully placed it in the ground for starting stakes. He built up a long wall. And then another and another, until there was a square with a hole in it for entrance and exit. Silver lifted me so as to put the roof on our little temporary home. I got some desert grass, for that was about where we were, and tied twigs together to make a door. Silver lifted it so I could tie it into place. We finished it off with a mouse sized grass bed and a rock for a chair. I got in my dry grass bed and fell into a deep sleep, dreaming about Minnie and how she might be doing if she was even alive.

Mouse Tail Edited and improved

Maggie
Chapter 1
Fresh Strawberries
I looked down the aisle, searching frantically for my mouse accomplice. I needed to send the message of accessible food somehow, so I grabbed an icing tube from the nearby shelf labeled “party supplies” and climbed to the top of the shelf. When I was finished, I climbed down to admire my handiwork. There, on the wooden aisle sign, was written in pink icing, Fresh Strawberries. Grandpapa told us about the food and the quantity of it, but he never mentioned the size. The store was extremely gargantuan, so much that two little mice like myself and my sister Minnie could and did get lost with alarming ease, seeing as we almost never lose sight of each other and definitely not sound. Looking back at the two words I had written, I hoped they would act as a beacon to guide my dear sister back to me.

Minnie
Chapter 2
Pink Sugar Paste with  two of my favorite words

As I was getting ready to change positions and dart through the empty aisle underneath the next set of shelves, I heard a faint squelching noise. I took the risk of peeking out from my hiding place to see what was happening. The squelching noise ceased, and I heard a sound like scrabbling feet. “It must be Maggie!” I thought. I looked up, but only to see a tube of pink sugar paste resting atop a flat piece of wood with pink sugar paste on it saying two words. Fresh Strawberries.  I wondered why a human thing would use those words if they could use a stensil thingy. I was becoming very suspicious. There had to be a scent of who used that tube, so I sniffed it, breathing in the smell of sugar and...mouse? Maggie! There were more and more signs of her. I didn’t want to stay separated for long. Thinking about the size of this human food hoard, I started to think about how I might never find her. We might die before we could see each other again.
I started to cry, then what ‘dya know, Maggie of all mice appeared on the shelves I had emerged from only shortly before. She was breathing hard, looking ready to faint from the stress she had just underwent. I let out a short series of squeaks to let her know I was there, and waited for her to climb down and dart over to me.

“I found strawberries,” she gasped. “Did you see my message?”
“Yes, I did. And you almost killed me with worry. How do you think one of those humans would have reacted if they saw a dead mouse who couldn’t hide?”
“They’d probably get an exterminator in here and then we’d never have a chance of getting food or staying alive.” Maggie hesitated. “Sorry,” she said.
“Are the strawberries on bags?” I asked, wanting to change the subject.
“No, boxes, but we should be able to get them open.”
“Cardboard?”
“No, plastic.”
We sighed. The humans have made almost everything mouse-proof. Plastic, horrible stuff. As we ran to go get the strawberries, we passed the bakery. I stopped short. Cardboard boxes filled with sweets, paper bags with glazed donuts and hot bread. This is what we wanted. This is what we could open. This is what we could eat.

Chapter 3    Maggie
The Monster

I stopped short in my tracks. The aroma was hypnotizing. There were cakes just lying out, cookies and breads on open platters, cardboard boxes with sugary treats. I saw Minnie trying to grab something. The store would be opening soon and humans would be swarming the place. Grandpapa had told us how wonderful it was here, but he had left out everything on plastic, poison, and humans. We had to get back to the Nook and bring some food back. Mama and the rest of the family were probably waiting for us. I could just visualize them crowding at the entrance of the pipe  leading down to our cozy, warm, safe home with wide, searching eyes and empty stomachs. The thought made my heart sag and tears spring to my eyes.  Stop, I told myself, Don’t think like that.  I was supposed to be the brave, adventurous one. I would not let myself show worry or fear. We had to finish the mission and make sure our family didn’t starve. “Come on, Minnie,” I said with authority. “Let’s grab as much as we can and get it back to the Nook.” We scrabbled along the floor to the open platters  filling our cheeks with the goodies they bestowed, then squeezed out of the little window above the door and into the early morning, lucky to get away with our lives. We raced through the empty parking lot and across the lazy street, darting in and out of huge wheels. Running as fast as our little legs could take us, we traveled through the big city to the slow, comfortable field beyond it. By the time we got home to our cozy little Nook, it was already well into the evening. We spat out our load onto the front pipe I had envisioned earlier and called into our little home. No one answered. We crawled into the main living area. I gasped. Minnie stifled a scream. There, coiled up in our living room was a great slumbering rat snake.

Chapter 4 Minnie
Scared
I was about to scream, but Maggie clapped her paw over my mouth. I stopped breathing then I cried. I just sat there and let the tears cascade down my cheeks. “shh,” Maggie cautiously told me. I had a right to cry. My family had been eaten! I let out a wail and the snakes clear eyelids snapped open, it’s cold, dead eyes fixed on my excited, frightened ones. It probably had such dead eyes to show it’s prey what theirs would look like when it was done with them. Maggie stared it down, daring it to come closer. It laughed, a hissing, deadly sound.
“You are not bad little one. But do not fear. You will not be my lunch,” the snake’s voice seemed wise and comforting, yet cruel and deadly as well.
“What about our family!?” I started to yell. “What did you do with them!?”
The snake hissed, laughing again. “I have made a promisse to myssself that I would eat only ratss. I am called a RAT sssnake am I not?”
“Where are they!” I screamed. Maggie put her paw on my shoulder and another on my mouth.
“Please Mr......,”she said.
“Sssilver, jusst Sssilver, pleassse.”
“All right, Silver. Do you know where the residents who live here are at the moment?”
“Your family, yess I believe they are out looking at the sunsset by the big pond.” He cleared his throat. “I can take you if you like. Would that please you?” The deadly hiss was gone from his voice. I nodded vigorously.
“No,” Maggie said sharply. “We’ll walk. Minnie, have you ever heard the story of  the alligator and the cookie man? The cookie man would disintegrate in the water, so the alligator offered to give him a ride, but halfway across, the alligator threw him into the air and gobbled him down.” I shrunk away from Silver.
“Then let me come with you. Mice make me sick to the stomach. See, watch,” he lashed out and gulped me down. I heard Maggie scream. I had the sinking feeling that I would never see her again, that I would never again witness the light of day.
Chapter 5                                                           Maggie
Alive!
Minnie went down with a shocking silence of disbelief. I screamed again and again, finally running at Silver. I never got to give him the beating he deserved, because his face twisted up, his jaws moving forward, his cheeks puffing out. I stared, subconsciously afraid that Maggie was just his appetizer and I would make his full meal, but he just gagged and spit something furry and round out of his fanged jaws. I ran to it, “Is this all that’s left of her?” I asked, tears springing to my eyes.
“No, you have the wrong idea,” Silver chuckled, a tinge of struggle in his voice. “I didn't keep any of her! She’s all there! Alive!” I couldn’t believe him. Alive!? She had just been eaten! I relayed this to him, my voice pitching higher than normal. My tears were released, a flood cascading down my overlarge mouse cheeks. Suddenly a sound emitted from the little furry ball, a moan, a soft cry. If it weren’t for the state she was in I would have been worried, but now it was a precious sign that she was alive. Silver sighed with relief. Minnie rolled over and looked up into my eyes. She said “That- was- gross.” I screamed with delight, overjoyed to have my dear sister back.
I whirled on Silver. “You scared me so much I could strangle you! I’d give you a nice, slow, painful death.” Minnie held me back.
“He let me go, Maggie! Leave him alone! He let me go!”she said.
“I had to do that. did you not see my face after I swallowed her?! I did all that to show you that mice make me sick to the stomach! I wouldn’t eat you or your family! just trust me,” Silver sounded less insistent and more pleading now. “Please. I’ll take you to your family now if you’ll let me.”
Minnie let go of me and walked over to pick up the food we had brought. She looked back at me and nodded. I followed her out the door carefully watching Silver as he trailed along behind us, and we set off, all three of us to find our family.

Thermometer Experiment

I did an experiment using our three thermometers. I  collected the thermometers and took the temperature of all the seven people in my family. The oral thermometer I used seems to be the most consistent of the three. The ear thermometer seems to be the most inconsistent, and the temple thermometer seemed to read very high for everybody. Unless my whole family had a fever for five minutes, I would say that the temple one is untrustworthy so you might find that the fever you had if any wasn't as bad as you thought and you shouldn't have taken so much medicine. The ear thermometer is very inconsistent, so you would have to take your temperature like ten times then average those to get your real temperature. The oral thermometer is the most consistent and is around the middle of the chart so i would say that that one is the most trustworthy and would actually tell you if you need to call the doctor or not.
